Pijamty currently prepares orders for delivery within Egypt. Coverage, delivery fee, expected timing and any special handling are shown in the quote sent to you. An order is not confirmed until you accept that exact quote and the team records the required payment status. Delivery estimates are not guarantees when an event outside Pijamty’s reasonable control causes delay; we will add a clear update to your private tracking page when confirmed information is available.
Before confirmation
Review the products, sizes, quantities, delivery area, fee, expected timing and payment instructions in the quote. Ask the team to correct anything before accepting it.
Tracking
After confirmation, use the private link or the order ID with the required identity check to see approved fulfillment events and customer-facing comments.
At delivery
Check the package and report a visible delivery issue promptly through the contact route shown with your order. Keep the package and product while the team reviews the case.
