The website helps you discover products and request an assisted quote; it does not complete payment online.

Product availability, size, price, discount, delivery and payment instructions are confirmed in a versioned quote. A cart or sales case is not an order. An order is created only after the customer accepts the exact active quote and the required confirmation is recorded. If the quote changes, Pijamty issues a new version for acceptance.
Product information
Pijamty aims to show accurate approved information. Screen colors and image crops can differ by device. Material, care, origin and measurements should be taken from the approved product record and actual label; contact the team if a required detail is missing.
Payment outside the website
Follow only the payment instructions in the accepted quote or verified Pijamty conversation. Sending evidence does not mean payment is verified; the order page shows the recorded status after finance review.
Changes and cancellation
Ask promptly if you need a change. Approval depends on order state, stock and applicable rights. An approved change is recorded as an amendment; cancellation and refund are separate decisions and statuses.
