Contact Pijamty with your order ID and reason. Keep the item unused, unworn beyond reasonable inspection, unwashed, unaltered and with tags and original presentation where reasonably possible. The team records the request, checks eligibility under applicable law and the approved product policy, then shares the next step. No wording here removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.
Size exchanges
Availability of the replacement size must be confirmed. An exchange is not promised until eligibility, condition, stock and any permitted delivery cost are reviewed and recorded.
Possible exceptions
Any hygiene, personalized, opened-seal, final-sale or similar exception applies only when legally permissible, clearly disclosed before confirmation and correctly assigned to the product. Defective, misdescribed or incorrect items follow applicable legal rights.

Use WhatsApp or the contact route linked to your order. Do not send an item until Pijamty confirms the return/exchange handling instructions and reference.
